Gujarat Police 6.1

The Home Department of the Government of Gujarat has developed the Citizen First Android Application to enhance service delivery for citizens, allowing them to access various online services efficiently.

Through this application, users can register applications for a range of services including Application Registration, Senior Citizen Registration, Missing Person Registration, Stolen Property Registration, and obtaining a No Objection Certificate as well as a copy of the FIR.

All applications submitted via the Citizen First Android application are transmitted to the relevant police stations through the eGujCop Project. Police officers at these stations are responsible for addressing the received applications, and they provide updates on the application status that can be accessed by citizens through the mobile app.

In addition to the mobile application, the Home Department has made available a web-based Citizen Portal that offers all services featured in the mobile app. This dual approach allows citizens the flexibility to submit and track their applications either through the application or the portal.
